Fixes
- Agents installed with mise are found again. If Claude Code (or another agent) is installed through mise, MAO could show it as "not installed" and refuse to start it, even with claude working fine in your terminal. The startup step that asks your login shell for its environment hung until its deadline, so the step that locates mise's real executables never ran. The capture now finishes as soon as the shell answers, and mao --printenv, which the capture relies on, is implemented in the desktop app.
