Draw a rectangle

Add a resizable rectangle to mark an area of the canvas.

Rectangles are canvas annotations for outlining an area or grouping related work visually. They are drawing objects, not nodes.

Add a rectangle

  1. Choose Rectangle under Draw and more, or press R while the canvas has focus.
  2. Drag across the canvas to draw the rectangle.
  3. Press Escape to return to the Select tool.
LimitDrawings cannot be connection endpoints.
