Workspace content stays local by default. Coding agents retain their own provider authentication.

We store your account email in PostHog, linked to your account id, plan and account creation date, for support and crash diagnosis. The desktop app does not send your email to analytics.

Download analytics include an opaque download id, platform, broad user-agent class, country and an hourly salted IP hash. We do not send raw IP addresses, tokens or hardware fingerprints in these events. A redirect records a download starting, not completing.

The Linux installer sends best-effort installation status reports. Set MAO_NO_INSTALL_REPORT=1 to disable those reports. Optional desktop usage and crash telemetry follows the app’s telemetry preference.

The website records sessions with PostHog to help improve it. All inputs are masked, the buy form is excluded, and sensitive sign-in, account, device and receipt pages are not recorded. Server logs contain only structured operational fields, without request bodies, emails, tokens or IP addresses.

The website counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Account deletion also deletes the associated PostHog person. Contact support to request account deletion.
