Pan and zoom the canvas
Move around a large workspace, zoom in on your team, and bring the whole canvas into view.
Pan across the workspace
Drag an empty part of the canvas to move the view. Your nodes stay where they are; only the camera moves. If a terminal has the keyboard, its scrollback receives the wheel. Hold Ctrl on Windows and Linux or ⌘ on macOS while scrolling to zoom the canvas instead.
Choose a zoom level
Use the − and + controls beside the zoom percentage in the lower-right corner. You can also zoom with a trackpad gesture or the mouse wheel. The current percentage gives you a quick reference as you move between a close-up and a full workspace view.
Hold Space and drag, or scroll, to pan. Hold Ctrl or Cmd and scroll to zoom. Shift and 1 fits everything. Arrow keys pan.
Find the whole canvas
Open the command palette and choose Fit all to frame your nodes. The minimap gives you another way to move: click a place on its map to center the canvas there, or drag the viewport marker to pan continuously.
Keep scrolling in the right place
When a terminal is focused, normal scrolling belongs to its output. Use Ctrl + wheel on Windows and Linux, or ⌘ + wheel on macOS, when you mean to zoom the canvas around that terminal.
