# Save a canvas arrangement

Save selected nodes and their internal connections as a reusable layout.

An arrangement stores a reusable group of canvas nodes and the connections between them. Save a selection or save the current canvas as a starting layout.

## Save an arrangement

1. Select at least two nodes.
2. Choose **Save arrangement…** from the palette, canvas overflow menu, or arrangement library.
3. Name the arrangement and save it.
4. To save the whole canvas, use the same action with fewer than two nodes selected.
5. Open the arrangement library later to search or filter saved layouts.

> **Limit:** Saving arrangements is unavailable during the trial. Arrangements omit node locks, permission-bypass settings, prompt drafts, provider sessions, and credentials.
